Weddings, Receptions, Family Reunions, Corporate Events. Any and all occasions.

Sits on 5.6 ACRES. / 4,000 sq feet of room.

Pricing

The Venice club rents for any 10 hours up to midnight for:

Monday thru Thursday $550.00 + $300.00 deposit
Or by the hour $150.00 each 2 hours min. + 300.00 deposit
Friday and Sunday $650.00 + $300.00 deposit
Saturdays $850.00 + $300.00 deposit
Additional hours $150.00 each

All holiday rentals are $100.00 in addition to the regular cost.

Winter hours are from November 1st to march 31st.
Monday thru Thursday same as above
Fridays & Sundays $550.00 + $300.00 deposit
Saturdays $650.00 + $300.00 deposit

$100.00 of your deposit is for cleaning. The other $200.00 is refunded within 2 weeks after your event as long as there aren't any damages.

Seating for approximately 130 people in the main room
Measurements for the main room are 36 feet x 40 feet.

We have a buffet area set up with tables to serve your food from. We have 2 bar areas, 4 restrooms, 2 kitchens; you can bring your own food and drink (at no extra charge)

You need to bring your own dishes, tablecloths, decorations, anything you may need for the day.

You will need to bring extra trash bags (we put the first round of bags in) and paper towels for the bar areas.

We have a huge patio area, built-in BBQ, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, playground for the kids, all equipment is included.

At the end of your event, you need to take all your decorations down and all your trash (inside & outside) to the dumpster area on site, and we do the rest.
